At the helm of the company is Engineer Abdul Samad Al-Andijani, the Founder and General Manager, a graduate specializing in environmental architecture and a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering consultancy, architectural design, and landscape development. His prior service within the Madinah Region Municipality — spanning two decades — provided the company with an unparalleled advantage: an intimate understanding of the regulatory landscape, municipal procedures, and the licensing frameworks that govern project execution in the region.
Alongside him, Mr. Adel Al-Sadiq Ayadi, Managing Director and Co-Founder, brings over 20 years of extensive experience collaborating with leading figures across the engineering, construction, and contracting sectors. Known for his ability to introduce innovative ideas and drive efficient project delivery, Mr. Adel’s hands-on approach and deep professional dedication have been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture of excellence and its reputation for outstanding architectural achievement.

It is within this distinguished setting that our story began, and it is from this foundation that we continue to grow.
Our professional journey dates back to 2005, when the company was first established under the name “AbdulSamad Al-Andijani for Architectural Engineering.” From its earliest days, the firm distinguished itself through a commitment to delivering architectural and consultancy services of exceptional quality, serving a growing portfolio of projects within and beyond the city of Madinah. Over the years, as the scope of our work expanded and the breadth of our technical specializations deepened, it became clear that the firm had outgrown its original structure.
In 2016, and in direct response to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development agenda — including the National Transformation Program 2020 and Saudi Arabia’s landmark Vision 2030 — the company was formally reestablished under its current name: Taibah Limits for Engineering Consultancy. The name itself is a tribute to one of the most revered historical titles of Madinah, reflecting our deep connection to this sacred city and our enduring pride in serving it and the wider Kingdom.
